UK Delivery Information
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed by 1:00 PM (weekdays) are shipped the same day. Orders after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
- Free Standard Delivery (Orders Over £50): Arrives within 2-3 business days (excludes pool tables).
- Express Delivery: Arrives within 1-2 business days (24 hours for most UK locations, up to 48 hours for Scottish Highlands & British Isles).
Shipping Fees
- Standard Delivery (Orders Under £50): £2.95 flat fee.
- Express Delivery: £4.95 flat fee.
Pool Table Delivery & Installation
- Free Standard Delivery: Contact within 3 working days to arrange delivery.
- Delivery Only: Table delivered to ground floor; assembly required.
- Installation Service (£125): Full setup, levelling, and packaging removal. Must be added to the cart when buying.
Satisfaction Guarantee
