UK Delivery Information

We offer delivery across most of the UK on pool tables, cues, cases, accessories and other products. Delivery options and charges vary depending on the type and size of your order.

Smaller Items – Cues, Cases & Accessories

Orders for smaller items such as cues, cue cases, accessories and other non-furniture products are dispatched using our standard courier service.

• Orders over £50: Free standard delivery
• Orders under £50: £2.95 delivery
• Orders placed before 1:00 PM on weekdays are normally dispatched the same working day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM, at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
• Standard delivery is normally 2–3 working days from dispatch, although some UK locations may take slightly longer.

Pool Table Delivery & Installation

Pool tables require specialist delivery due to their size and weight. Delivery options and charges are shown when placing your order.

• Delivery Only – £95: Delivery to a ground-floor/ground-level room. The table will be delivered packaged and assembly or installation is not included.
• Standard Delivery & Installation – £125: Professional delivery and full installation on the ground floor/ground-level room, including assembly, levelling and removal of packaging.
• Delivery & Installation – 1st Floor or Basement – £175: Professional delivery and installation where the table needs to be carried up or down one flight of stairs, including assembly, levelling and removal of packaging.

Please contact us before ordering if your property has restricted access, multiple flights of stairs, unusually difficult access or any other circumstances that may affect delivery or installation.

Long-Distance & Remote Areas

Additional delivery charges may apply to certain long-distance and remote UK postcodes, including:

• Devon & Cornwall
• Scottish Highlands & Islands
• Other remote or hard-to-reach UK postcodes

Delivery charges to these areas may vary depending on the product, postcode and delivery service. If an additional charge applies, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the cost.

For pool table deliveries to long-distance or remote areas, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can confirm the delivery charge and availability.

Areas We Do Not Deliver To

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer delivery to:

• Northern Ireland
• Isle of Man
• Isles of Scilly

Delivery Times

Pool table delivery times vary depending on stock availability and the product ordered. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date once your order is ready.

For in-stock pool tables, delivery is typically arranged within 2–3 weeks. Factory and made-to-order products may take longer.

Delivery dates are subject to product availability, access requirements and the availability of our delivery and installation team.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused item within 28 days, subject to our terms and conditions.
